CHOCOLATE FUDGE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

Note: Some of the amounts are blurry. They are 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 1/2 tbs cocoa, 1 hp (heaping) tsp butter, 1 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp vanilla.
